The Meridian Secondary Wind Ensemble is a subgroup of the school's Concert Band. The band was founded in 2017 after the merger of two schools, Coral Secondary and Siglap Secondary. Under the baton of Mr. Gabriel Song, the band strives to empower all musicians to attain their fullest potential. The ensemble comprises of 9 committed musicians (i.e. 1 flautist, 1 clarinetist, 3 saxophonists, and 4 percussionists). Guided by the band's motto, ‘One band, one sound’, the ensemble is dedicated to sharing the enjoyment of music with its audience.
