Formed in 2010, the CHIJ Katong Convent Concert Band is the newest Co-Curricular Activity in the school. Despite its short history, the band has made outstanding achievements in the local schools' arts scene. She was awarded Gold Awards at the Singapore International Band Festival consecutively from 2012 to 2018. In 2015, 2017 and 2019, the band was invited by the Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay to perform full-length concerts, Limelight at the Esplanade Concert Hall. The band has taken part in exchange programmes with ensembles such as the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, West Winds and Macau Youth Symphonic Band.
