AES Concert Band believes in giving students the opportunity to learn, perform and showcase their music talent. It allows them to experience a holistic education with special emphasis in the development of their character and leadership qualities. Under the coaching and guidance of Mr Joseph Chong and Ms Chua Xing Zhi, AES Band put in many hours to prepare for Singapore Youth Festival (SYF) 2021 and participated in two categories – flexi-band and percussion ensemble, which the band received an Achievement award for their performances for both categories! With all the constant changes and challenges, AES Band looks forward to more performances in future!
