Founded in 1983 by conductor Mr Yeo Poong Poh, with the support of our 4th principal, Mr Chen Hung, Ngee Ann Polytechnic Concert Band (NPCB) was established with the aim of formally encouraging students from school bands to pursue their passion in music. NPCB has been putting up performances regularly, such as ensemble showcases, NP Arts Fiesta, and our annual flagship concert, Rondeau. Through these performances, we have forged unforgettable memories that are shared by our members, alumni, and the audience. From the past years, NPCB has clinched accolades such as the Division 1 Champion Band for SIBF 2016, and the Silver Award for SIBF 2024.
