Founded in 1966, the band began as a marching ensemble specializing in outdoor parade performances. In 1993, it evolved into a concert band with a focus on indoor performances. Today, the band continues to participate in annual National Day and sports parades, while also organizing concerts and taking part in various exchange and cultural activities.
