Formed as part of Millennia Institute’s arts culture, Millennia Institute Symphonic Band is a pre-university ensemble comprising students from diverse backgrounds, including those beginning their musical journeys. Under the guidance of conductor Mr Eddie Chng, the band performs regularly at school events, including Institute Day and the annual concert ‘Transcendence’. The band explores a varied repertoire, ranging from classic pieces to contemporary arrangements. Above all, MISB strives to cultivate a passion for music while fostering unity and friendship through teamwork.
