WORKSHOP FOR U #SIBF22
Making and Controlling Musical Sounds Through Ensemble Playing
Through simple ensemble activities such as canon playing and singing, the experiential workshop aims to develop participants’ instrumental techniques and musical awareness in areas such as posture, fingering, intonation, breathing, embouchure, articulation, tone quality, and rhythm. Participants are encouraged to bring their own instruments to the workshop.
In collaboration with NAFA School of Music

THE #SIBF PLATFORM
For 2022, the SIBF competition will provide multiple platforms to showcase your band or ensemble, live or virtual, competition or assessment-only. Each division is specifically crafted to allow maximum learning and performance opportunity for your musicians. Each division is distinct in terms of music difficulty level and performance duration requirements. Participating groups get to choose their challenge level and music that can best showcase the group's performance ability.
