ZWinds was established in 1987, and is currently under the baton of Mr Tay Jiun Ngiap. The Band has 90 members.

 

At the 2017 Singapore Youth Festival Arts Presentation, the Band was awarded Certificate of Accomplishment and Certificate of Distinction for the Concert Band and Wind Ensemble respectively.

 

As part of our Values in Action (VIA), ZWinds supports various community-bonding programmes. For 2018, ZWinds will be looking forward to more community based performances. ZWinds has always been one big family. We show care and appreciation to one another and motivate each other to develop to their fullest potential while keeping alive the burning passion we have for music.
